ONLINE FAMILY — ERROR PAGE UPDATE

1) .htaccess now maps real 404 responses to /pages/404.html and server 500 responses to /pages/500.html.
2) The custom 404 page is noindex, follow and is not listed in the sitemap. Do not redirect every missing URL to the homepage.
3) Visiting /contact-submit.php directly in a browser now redirects to /contact because the endpoint is intended for POST form submissions.
4) IMPORTANT: this change cannot diagnose or guarantee a fix for a PHP runtime/hosting error that causes HTTP 500 on form submission. In cPanel, open Metrics > Errors or inspect public_html/error_log (and the account PHP-FPM logs if enabled), submit the form once, and read the newest error. Also check cPanel > MultiPHP Manager for the domain's PHP version. Do not enable public error display on production.
5) After upload, test a fake URL and confirm it returns HTTP 404 with the branded page; test a valid contact form submission and confirm email delivery. If the form still returns 500, fix the specific error from the hosting log before assuming the form works.
